"Be ware! Kasia replies to your email faster than you reply to hers, writes email longer than you write to her, and works harder on your case than you yourself do - and I was already in a pretty desperate situation when I met her! I had a previous rejection for my child's dependent visa application (which involves the challenging area of sole responsibility). I then hired Kasia. She helped me to prepare a new application and submitted everything in a few weeks. And then less than three weeks later, I received the new visa! The new application was approved successfully and the previous rejection overturned! I hired Kasia from a myriad of other immigration solicitors out there because she has shown more care and noticed more details in my case in her free initial consultation than the others did in their paid ones. She also knows everything (surprisingly, some from other bigger firms, don't). Kasia works so hard and is so meticulous on my case that it was almost giving me pressure (my only complaint). But she was preparing the application to be "bullet proof" - so that the UKVI cannot raise any question about it, and even if we will have to contest the UKVI in the court one day we will still be well-defended. The fixed fee she charged me for my case is very reasonable. But she spent so much time on my case that it is obvious that she was not doing this by counting hours or money, but was taking my case as her own career and pursuing my good result as her own ambition and identity as a successful immigration solicitor.
