"Bathroom full of mold, dirty sofa bed sheet and duvet cover, checked out on the 7th of november and forgot a bag of 4 pairs of slippers and called the management on the same day and told me they found them and can pick them up the next day, when i did they told me they cant locate the bag, and today after 10 days they told me that they threw them away!"
