"When we checked in there was an issue with one of the rooms but the receptionist was quick to help solve the solution by moving us to a different room. Great location and lovely people. Would recommend if you fancy a nice evening out with a partner and don't want to drive home in the week"
"My girlfriend booked us into the Boudoir for a night and it was nice and especially suitable for spending a night there. The room was small but pleasant and had all the necessary requirements. The bed was comfortable and room was warm once I had figured out the heating remote. The only thing I would like to see is a little more efficient staff who said they were coming to sort out the heating system but did not show. That wasn't very customer service like was it. Alex polizzi would not have been pleased.. overall not a bad place to stay."
"6 of us stayed at the Budoir Hotel on 4th - 7th Nov 2022. The hotel is gorgeous, rooms are spotless, very spacious and modern and in a superb location. Staff are really friendly too. We had a fabulous time and would definitely book again. The noise from the nightclub downstairs wasn't too bad but i guess if you're booking any hotel in the middle of a busy town centre then some noise is to be expected."
"Great for a short stay. I came with a group of on a hen do brilliant rooms if you don't want to get too much sleep and party. Comfy beds pleasant rooms I would recommend."
