Her total lack of professionalism and her laziness caused many sleepless nights and utter frustration. If possible I would give a zero review. Avoid this company!"

"Having previously been a client thought I'd revisit for some other work. Found the member of staff unhelpful when enquiring about a quote for conveyancing. Explained to them that if it was that difficult to discuss a quote, would hate to think what the conveyancing process looked like. Gone elsewhere and has all been done with ease."

"I have never come across such a lax company in all my life. Cannot believe I’m going to have to pay these lot once my house buy is complete. Literally no communication whatsoever. I have to beg to get any kind of information from them. Even then they take 3 weeks to reply and are very blunt/abrupt when they finally do so... like I’m causing them an issue. As well not even answering the original question you ask them! If the Vendor or I were in a chain, heaven help the rest of the chain. This process should’ve been simple and completed within 6 weeks. Thank goodness the Vendor and I are on speaking terms, or we would both be in the dark. Cannot believe my mortgage advisor recommended this company. I would strongly advise anyone that wants answers, guidance, progress information etc. and reassurance to dodge this company like the plague. Bottom line. I run a large pro-active and very responsive manufacturing business, this is not how a business should be ran. Do not use this company. Go with a smaller, independent solicitor!!"

"Moving house can be stressful at the best of times but not helped by an incompetent conveyancing company like Chadwick Lawrence. No communication, stalling the process with ordering searches, other solicitors waiting on information, denying I was even selling a property some 5 months into the process and just outright unprofessional. Selling 2 houses and buying 1 with no chain and no complications either way should not have taken from Aug 20 to Mar 21, I had to do all the chasing and pushing to get it over the line and then having to pay for the "service" was a bitter pill to swallow. Avoid!!"
