"I was a previous client of Edmans & Co while trying to get a visa to live in the UK with my former partner in 2021. While working with Edmans I found the team to be mediocre and their responsiveness abysmal despite paying their fee. I guess you get what you pay for. Their advice on the visa application was sound but the entire process and interacting with their team was below average. They provide a very cheap price and their assistance reflects the price you pay. I personally would not recommend their services as visa applications to anyone that does not have an open and shut case. If you have an open and shut case, do not waste your money. I have contacted the firm multiple times via email and phone to have all of my personal information deleted from their databases per my legal rights to be forgotten. I contacted them over a month ago and followed up and they have not responded to any of my requests. Privacy laws are very important and being in violation of data deletion requests can result in legal action."

"Not recommended! I chose this company because of the great reviews online, however the service was nowhere near what they promised. Resulted in a refusal on my visa application after spending over £4000. Misleading advice was given and the communication was horrible. Looking back I would speak to more firms before instructing them. Also I would check the Company House records instead of relying on the online reviews."
