"We stayed one night here, rooms look interesting with unique designs, beds comfy enough, incredible staff very friendly. However, our bed was wet and smelt strongly like pee when we went to get into bed, the sheets were soaking wet. We did phone immediately and a nice member of staff gave us another room."

"TOTALLY IN LOVE WITH THIS PLACE. We loved the design and the room, when we arrived they were cosy and warm. The TV works perfect and the bathroom is very modern. The most stunning thing was the minibar fridge in a Marshall music box design. We hope to be back soon. The staff explained us everything in detail and was very helpful."

"Excellent, faultless, the staff are friendly and attentive, excellent service. The rooms were modern and the decor was dark but cosy, I didn't want to get out of bed this morning, could have happily lazed the day away. Facilities are great, fridge in the room, lovely shower and plenty of space for a couple on a city break. The location is perfect, 2 minutes walk to Bold Street, 30 seconds to Chinatown, 8 minutes to the Philharmonic, the tour bus has a stop a minute away. Remember this IS a city centre hotel, there IS traffic noise in a city. Brilliant ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

"Absolute gem of a hotel, staff are fantastic and so welcoming, rooms are really cool with a retro vibe! The only issue we had was we had no accessible window in our room so we had to have aircon running the whole time but this did not effect our stay at all. The hotel is exceptionally clean throughout, can’t fault it at all. Will definitely be back!"

"Really nice room and great location, especially for shopping and nightlife but not noisy at all. The room was small but had everything i needed, loved the Marshall fridge! Check in was easy and efficient. The only reason why i didn't give 5 stars is that the room got quite light in the morning as the light got in through the edges of the blind so it was hard to sleep! Great apart from that though"
