"Called to amend policy to include business use less than 24hrs after taking a policy out. They were unable to offer this so said they would cancel with a full refund. Turns out they didn't refund the policy and now are only partially refunding after I noticed despite phone recordings they refuse to give me. Have never had customer service this bad.
