"I wouldn’t recommend anyone to use Axa insurance .Very poor customer service.Taking too long to answer call was on the call over 2 hours then someone just disconnected my call. Had car accident over 2 weeks still they’re not able to find an any repairer for my car. When I found one they’re saying cannot use that one because it’s not in their contract but they’re contractors are not taking my car as they don’t have any space in their garage. After speaking of their 4 contractors they all are saying same thing. Such a shame. Will never go back to this company again."

"Bought a private health insurance from AXA , after 3 months called them to go and see a specialist and they have rejected it. To book an appointment it will takes a week and is not 24/7 as they advertise. You have to be on the phone for an hour before talking to claim team and they have all the excuses to reject your claim. Very poor service, I guess they are just slightly better than your local NHS GP nothing more than that."

"I would NOT recommend AXA absolutely disgusting. They don't have customer service tream they don't deal with your accident claims. I had a accident a year ago and still nothing done about it. However my insurance increased over £200 for a accident that wasn't my fault and still hasn't been dealt with. Avoid them at all cost."

"Avoid AXA as a company to deal with for insurance. They have no customer service and you'll have issues calling through to anyone to speak to. Emails are not replied to. Any claims are not dealt with timely. Overall avoid, noty worth the hassle!"
