"My daughter has been having piano lessons there for nearly 5 years now, and has recently started singing lessons. She loves them both and is doing amazingly. All the staff are friendly and helpful, but Helen in particular has gone well beyond the call of duty in giving her extra help for festivals and exams, and indeed for other events not organised by the centre. Two years ago she joined the theatre group and it has been a transforming experience for her. Previously a very shy child who struggled with classmates in school she now has the confidence to sing solo to strangers. Indeed at home she rarely stops! It is a very supportive environment and all newcomers are encouraged to take on more than they could previously imagine. She has made lots of friends and has loved every show she's been a part of. She has also joined the choir and really enjoys singing with them; she loved having the opportunity to perform together at last years Coop Festival where they headlined. "I went to the Real Music Centre for singing lessons for a few years and loved every second of it! The staff are so friendly from the second you walk through the door and have your best interests at heart. My singing teacher, Helen was always able and willing to help me with anything and everything and I would recommend her whole heartedly. I also took part in the choir which I enjoyed, everybody is so friendly! Helen knows everyones strengths and brings them out perfectly. We won a singing festival due to all of our hard work and commitment. Alvin and Angie are also always willing to help with any problems you may have - and to bring you a drink! - and the whole place is like a little family. I always felt welcomed and cared for!
