"The worst place of customer service. They are horrible, what they emailed you are totally different when you arrive at the Embassy. They have no empathy, no human inside these people who working there, they just want money money...and make up their own price (no price list for each services), and they expect to pay CASH ONLY When you ask them for price list, they suddenly change the bad negative attitude and told you: now they no longer able to do these paperwork...so We Not Allow to Ask... Feel like they just do not care... Would these problem will be solve? Will be change?"

"Very friendly and tried to be helpful as they could, esp the lady in glasses. Though many found the services are limited, you need just to talk properly the information you were provided in the website, and be clear with that."

"MY ADVICE IS DONT BUY A TRAVEL TICKET TO VIETNAM UNLESS, YOU HAVE BOOKED AN APPOINMENT FOR THE VISA. THERE IS A BLACK MARKET FOR BOOKING APPOINMENTS, WHERE YOU WILL PAY 100£ TO TRAVEL AGENTS SIMPLYTO SUBMIT YOUR APPLICATION FORM FOR YOUR VISA ON YOUR BEHALF. I was appalled to learn that to make an appointment you need to have a ticket or book appointment. The funny thing is the earliest appointment for Oct 2022 is in April 2023. So the website option is there just for fun and no good for anyone. The office is opened at 9.30 but to get the ticket, you will need to get there around 7.00.Only a limited ticket will be given out. If you arrived without a ticket, I was told people wont serve you."

"First time, no ticket ( only 10 tickets available you have to be there from 7am) Second time , closed without notice. Been told to get it done via middle man. Understood why. Looked at their reviews, don’t they have shame?"
