"Prompt service. They have accomodated all applicants just before 8am. I spent no longer than 10mins in the cubicle for my photos and fingerprints. They would scan all of the pages in your current passport. Location is just 7 mins walk from train station. If you ar driving to ge there, there is a metered parking space beside the office. Hope it helps."

"Quick and professional service. Don’t go there before your allocated time slot, based on the desk availability, they call you from the security. There wasn’t any queue on Tuesday morning and the all process was very smooth. The security staff was very friendly. We finished our all process in 20-25 mins. The staff at the desk could be little bit more talkative and friendly, but it was okay overall. 6-8 mins walking distance to train station."

"Had an appointment this week. The staff inside who did the biometrics and documents scan were absolutely brilliant. They were polite and got things done very efficiently. The problem however was lord cornwallis at the entrance. This elderly gentleman who was one of the securities was rude, ignorant and irresponsible. Surely people from aboard shouldn't be treated this way. It is really a disgrace that this person is the face of such a lovely organisation."
