"I telephoned the surgery today to get a Doctor's appointment, the Receptionist then asked me what was wrong which I wasn't happy about. The Receptionist then phoned me back saying there was a Doctor's appointment available the same evening at 6.15pm When I turned up for my my appointment I actually had a Nurse appointment. This is the second time this has happened. The first time I was told to change my washing powder by a Nurse as I had a rash and a temperature. I then eventually got a Doctor's appointment and in fact it was shingles. I've been fobbed off yet again."
