"My son was entered into junior K1 and Muay Thai events in Solihull. Venue was cramped and heavily overcrowded. It was obvious the WKO had chosen a cheap as chips site and crammed in as many people as possible for maximum profit. My sons fight times changed constantly throughout the day and he ended up having 6 yes 6 fights in the space of 2 hours, the last three the qf semi and final in the space of 30 minutes while his opponent in the final was given two byes!! Bloody joke. Need bigger venue, more space, better time keeping and better matching so that one finalist doesn’t arrive in the ring exhausted giving a hug advantage to the opponent. There were fighters warming up punching kneeing and high kicking pads within inches of kids and adults heads, faces. This type of event is an accident waiting to happen and my one star rating is generous."
