I instantly felt comfortable with her, she booked me in made sure I had all the directions I needed for the clinic etc and i went for a patch test and she went through everything with me, she made me feel at ease instantly and didn't pressure me to make a decsion there and then. I went home and decided i was going to do it so I went for my first session and I cried afterwards because the difference was unreal. My mum and husband have noticed a huge difference and it has given me so much confidence already. I went for my second session today and I am so happy with the results again.
