"Short summary for 1 star: I wish I applied for visa myself instead of dealing with them. They work through (impolite) mails. It's so hard to talk to them on the phone. They booked the appointment without sending me the confirmation document. They didn't help with the required documents but charged me separately for it. I had to deal with them while dealing with my visa documents. It'd have been easier to apply myself. Such unprofessional service."
"Worst service you can use, don't water your money They charged so much and delayed my planed vacation, my coworkers were getting their appointments so fast because they were doing it themself and I was there going with the partner that my company recomanded which offered the worst services ever. Some coworkers were done with the embasy interview when the lady at CIBT was ASKING ME TO REVIEW THE document again and ME MAKING sure everything is ok, after she spent more than a month when she supposedly was making sure everything was ok. If you are asking me why do I even pay you?"
"TLDR: Sharing experience with CIBT Visas. Avoid them and don’t waste you money on CIBT. They are charging 300 euros for moving data from one formular to another and doing it very slow. They reply to one email in days. I always had to spam them. I canceled my order after more than a month. I went to CIBT to get my US B1 Visa. Placed my order on 6th of Sep. Introduction email sent on 12 Sep. I completed CIBT Form they sent me shortly after. They tried to charge me 450$ on 23 Sep. but Revolut blocked it (thanks god). The CIBT Form they send you is a 1:1 copy with the DS-160. During one month: operator took 30 minutes probably during to move everything from the document to the DS-160. reply to my email in, best case scenario, next day, average case scenario 4-5 days. one month latter operator said the pictures is not clear enough. Send another picture, replied the next day. I replied in minutes asking to make the appointment please one month passed already. She replied after 2 days saying she WILL. I canceled today and they charged me (70e) as Cancelation Fee. My bad I didn’t checked Trustpilot before signing up for this mess. More than a month in delay, and around 50 emails exchanged for nothing. Conclusion, after getting enough I took the time and completed everything myself and with some indications from folks here I’ve solved everything in a matter of hours. CIBT is simply the worst service I had to deal with ever. Don’t waste your time, nor money. Do it yourself if you can read english and use a internet browser."
