"Awful doctors, the receptionist’s think they are Gods, had to get an ambulance for my mother in law twice in recent months, both time the paramedics have rang the doctors, both times they have had the phone put down them, even they were disgusted by their behaviour, couldn’t get an appointment even if you were the pope."
