"Were do I start. You’re luckily you have 1 star. If you want a doctors appointment don’t bother use the GP alliance they are more helpful! They haven’t seen my daughter who is two years old since she was a tiny baby and the only reason she was seen was for her 8 weeks check since then she’s been quite poorly and when I’ve rang up I’ve never been able to get an appointment I’ve had to go elsewhere. My husband was in a car crash needed to see the doctor so he went to the doctors for 10 to 8 in the morning before they opened and he still couldn’t get an appointment for 8 o’clock. Shocking! I was ill a few weeks ago. I needed antibiotics due to having a section after second baby and they prescribe me antibiotics that I was allergic to. The doctor didn’t ring me, speak to me or asked me were the infection was just prescribe me the antibiotics and clearly didn’t look on my notes. My youngest baby is three months old and is something very bad with eczema. I try to get an appointment and was told I have to ring the GP alliance to see GP. For the receptionist, they give out wrong information I’ve had it on numerous occasions."

"Don’t bother trying this practice they don’t answer phones and it is very hard to get an appointment called in on 22/12 /2022 to make an appointment was told they were not taking any asked receptionist for next available appointment only to be told there was non available as they were not taking any told to phone nhs"

"Feel I need to add my review after reading some of the others. I've been with this surgery for 20 years and think they provide a good service. The new Ask my gp system is a pain as it's not always convenient to message at exactly 8.00am if you are travelling to work so I understand the frustration there but I have always found that the receptionists can find an appointment or can direct me to the right person if I phone in or call in, in person. I would look at ways to improve the system if I were the surgery. If there are too many queries coming in in a daily basis perhaps additional capacity is needed. It does seem to be a major gripe in all complaints. The GP & nurse care has always been excellent and I really appreciate that I can also get advice from the surgery pharmacist too. Having a choice of a phone or face to face apt has been an improvement as sometimes I don't need to see someone to explain my situation. I have always been asked to attend face to face if it has been needed. All in all I'd definitely recommend the surgery (4/5 stars, 1 knocked off for the AskmyGP system)"

"My experience as always been good here. The receptionists are so helpful (especially Natalie and Rebecca)they try their best to resolve any problems and give advice where necessary. They all all well mannered , understanding and proffesional. Sometimes you might not get the answers what you want , in one telephone call but they don't have a magical wand ! I always get to see a doctor within two week . This the best practice in the northwest. Believe me if you went anywhere else , you would realise that!! . I have always recieved a good service from Bradshaw medical centre and I do appreciate that we are very lucky to have a NHS service given the difficulties that are happening with lack of NHS staff. , due to the effect of the pandemic.The last two years have been so hard. Keep up the good work guys , some of us do appreciate you . The my GP app is easy to use."

"If I can give them -10 I would. They want you to book online appointments based on an online system that never works and the opening times for this online system is like from 8:00 -8:02 so yeah good luck fitting in these two minutes. We had to come to the clinic in order to book an appointment and then after they book the appointment you go on time and then you sit and wait for more than 1 h because their doctors never work properly and they are always doing something else. On top of that every single time we have to bring my little sister to be looked at they are sending her away and not even looking at her because of her high temperature. If you can find another GP because this practice is just horrible, let’s not say about their attitude towards patients is just unbelievable rude."
