"Really upsetting when you are in a vulnerable place feeling unwell and there is zero help or advice offered. Mid way through explaining my problem with the pharmacy not giving me my repeat perscription that is paid for, the receptionist said, ‘hold on I’ve got another call’. Then told me to call 111 again who had already helped me but Penketh health centre and doctors is refusing to accept their perscription referral for me. Headed to boots pharmacy in Westbrook who solved instantly, unsure why it had to come to this."

"I knew Penketh health centre was bad but didn't realise how bad until I moved out of the area and changed to a different practice. I didn't get completely away though as I care for both my parents who have a lot of health issues. Whenever I need to deal with Penketh the process of whatever it is I need to do is always so time consuming and stressful. If you can I would recommend changing to a different practice, you would realise then that what you thought was bad service is actually I lot worse than you realise."
