"Absolutely lovely staff, was in and out in less that 20 minutes, Entrance B level 2 eye department, very helpful and efficient, couldn't believe how fast I was seen.."
"First visit to boston house today. Shame there isn’t more obvious signage for reception - I came in through entrance B as instructed on my appointment but the ground floor reception was closed and the place looked deserted! A gentleman who was waiting for someone suggested I try upstairs. When I got where I needed to be, the staff I saw in the eye unit were all lovely. In particular Dr Nikose, who explained everything in detail, and was very patient and caring."
"My practitioner Kirsty was amazing! Put me completely at ease, was friendly, professional and reassuring. Kirsty would get 5 stars, but the experience at the appointment overall was far from great, with another member of staff being particular rude and sarcastic. Had many appointments here, and more often than not the eye clinic staff have all been fantastic. I will be competing on online feedback form to outline my specific concerns that I had, and also to comment on how brilliant Kirsty was."
