"After having a small surgery on my knee in December and being offered no physio by the hospital, Craig was recommended to me by a friend. And am I glad I went to see him. He put me at ease on our first session, knew what he was talking about and asked about my lifestyle to get a understanding of where I wanted to be after our sessions were done. After returning to the hospital and them telling me I had 'full flex' back in my knee when I couldn't bend it anywhere near as much as I used to, I had a couple more sessions with Craig and now it is back to 100% . I even went snowboarding in March. Would highly recommend Craig to anyone who needed a physiotherapist. Thanks again."

After initial assessment and movement screening he gave me several sessions of trigger point massage & Comerford hip complex exercises and progressive single leg exercises to strengthen glute med & tfl.
