"They aren't even worth one star. Booked a large taxi for 3 passengers weeks in advance in order to get the airport. Come 3am (a difficult time to find other airport transfers) they had sent a small car from a different company who were unable to take us. Luckily this crown taxi driver rang in a favour to avoid us being stranded. I am disgusted with the service of Midland Cars who showed a complete disregard to our custom and as far as I'm concerned were happy to let us nearly miss our flight."
