"Worst service ever. Just download Uber and use them or avoid these at all costs!! Booked a taxi and was told 10mins, I asked if it would get me to my destination for 8pm. I was told yes. Called 10mins later and she said I asked for a taxi to come at 8pm. The woman on the phone was too busy talking to who ever in the back. Got to my destination late and kissed my booking costing me £20. Literally the worst people to get a taxi from."
