"Absolutely terrible service We booked a taxi to go to a very important event, taxi was running late and then decided to cancel at the last minute. Rang the office and the guy on the phone was beyond rude, and told us to not use them again if we are not happy. Excuse me what sort of customer service is that? The whole point of ordering a taxi in advance is to have reassurance there is one available and you will get to your destination on time. I will not be using this company ever again, nor will I recommend them. Teach your staff some manners to start with instead of being rude to customers!"
