Absolutely Karting Maidenhead

"Unfortunately, I had a really poor customer service experience with this center. I visited in Mid-January with my friends but I unfortunately sustained an injury 2 days prior which prevented me from taking part. I called ahead of the session to only get through to the answerphone and so I left a message. I then turned up to the center on the Saturday and explained the situation to the receptionist. Despite already having paid in full, I was offered no solution (credit note, refund, or any compensation) and instead gave me a leaflet with a number to call. I explained that i had called this number before and received no response. I left the conversation there as clearly no progress was made. I was invited to return to the site if I was still unable to call the office (but i don't want to waste more of my time). I have made a few calls to the centre since but have still received no response. I am very disappointed to have had no resolution by now. I was happy to take a credit note (to race at a later date), but now i just want a refund. The go-karting looked fun if you have no issues (my friends enjoyed it), but have been left on my own since experiencing booking issues."

"I booked this as a fun day out with friends for mine and a friend’s birthday. Luckily we pre-booked otherwise it would have been sold out. The adrenaline rush when I picked up speed in the go kart was the best part. As it was my first time I found the steering wheel to be very stiff. Apparently that’s how it’s meant to be. The track was lit as we opted for the glow kart option. The track was too small though. A slightly longer track would have made it more fun. The safety instructions were clear and concise. Helmets and safety suit were provided. I would defo go again."

"First time here and it is very nicely setup. When we went the lights were on. At a moment they switched of and the whole setup has changed into glow carting and it was quite exciting to watch it. Kids just loved it and it is a perfect place for kids birthday events. The party rooms at the top are slightly cramped. The staff are very friendly and made sure all the kids safety is taken care and always kept an eye. Will surely visit again."
