"It was says on Google that the Playworld is open and was not. Worst of all of the Westfield guards told us where to go and surprise it was closed. Imagine my kid surprise and what nightmare we had after with her"

"Not great but okay basically. For such a huge shopping centre it could be better. It's near toilets and is self-contained which is handy but there was a broken display and the models for climbing and sliding are very basic only really suitable for younger kids. Amazingly they can amuse themselves on them for ages though."

"This is a little play area in the middle of Westfield. It’s a little stop off were child can play but as it’s so small only a few children can fit or stay longer than 15 minutes."

"Not even a play zone. About 5m square, a few plastic boxes shaping the area, a couple of tv screens to push and interact (useless for smaller kids). It is completely and utterly useless and insulting to parents who make an effort to find it. I think it’s disgraceful of Westfield. Shopping is boring for kids and there is nothing they can even go to for a 15 min break and for those who live locally we know there is a desperate need for soft play or other kids activities. (Kidzania is absurdly pricey for a quick visit for locals and there is a queue, and little gym is pay per term). We have nothing."
