A little lacking in decoram and did upset my sellers at one point calling them a liar in a letter saying 'this isn't true I've been informed..' as well as demanding a receipt for something they agreed ti leave in the house that was worth £500 which nearly made them change their mind and take it. So a little over zealous but best to be Iver zealous than under zealous I think. My solicitor was Javed and he was on the ball throughout and thorough which is important when spending massive amounts of money buying property. Would recommend and would use again."
