Flip Out Brent Cross Geron Way, London NW2 6LW

"I am disappointed and disgusted with my visit to flip out Brent Cross. I went with my family for something to do as it’s the summer holidays. On arrival, there was a woman complaining. She was very upset, it was sad to see how some staff handled her complaint with rudeness before the manager was called. Very bad customer service. I was appalled to see there were multiple yellow health and safety hazards around, which is mad as they get you to sign a waiver before ultimately going in. I am also disappointed in the hygiene of the environment. There were old bird droppings on the trampolines and down the walls. When pointing it out to staff, our feedback was ignored. I would think better hygiene would be considered, especially after the pandemic, even the toilets was not hygienic and looked like it was badly maintained. There were holes in the walls, my daughter was looking forward to playing with the laser maze. I was disappointed to see the whole room was stacked with foam cushions. Serious refurbishments are needed and more training on customer service. I will not be coming back, nor recommend going to this flip out Brent Cross. Don’t waste your money."

"Great indoor trampoline for the whole family toddlers to adults. Bring your own water and food. Book on line and the waver. Staff are friendly and helpful. 2hrs is plenty."

"I visited Saturday 23rd after booking a family ticket for 2hrs. The venue was filthy, no soap to be found anywhere. The toilets all had broken seats and the smell of urine was awful. The laser quest was closed with no notice before booking or being informed upon arrival. A number of the trampolines where broken and taped up, and the venue was full to the max. Staff where out numbered and children clearly wasn’t listening or following the safety instructions which resulted one boy taking a knock to the head on the ninja course. We queued to jump on the trampolines which meant most of our two hours was spent standing around. We tried to make the best of a bad situation but the children came away really stressed and overwhelmed. Overall an awful experience. I have attempted to contact the venue for a refund and am yet to receive a response."

"Limited parking, as it is a single yellow line (8am to midnight). Ticket officer circulate often, sometimes 2. Staff, are friendly and professional even under pressure and faced with raging customers. Inside, it's constant surveillance of the ins and outs of people. My daughter lost me and the staff was kind and professional to stay with her and help. Also, bring own snacks and beverages, as it can get hot. The place as lockers, which is good. Definitely recommend going."
