"Visited here today looking to completely renovate my bathroom. Pleasant showroom but that's where it ends. The showroom was empty and the two staff behind their desks did not acknowledge or greet us on entering the showroom or during our brief visit. We left in protest and on leaving I challenged their ignorance too be told, "we let customers find their own way" which is fine but a greeting and an offer to help when needed would have made a huge difference. Then the other member of staff told us not to bother buying from them, as if I was going to anyway. My advice is to spend you money elsewhere where it will be appreciated rather than line the pockets of these rude pretentious proprietors."
