Although not a straightforward job, from the beginning Nick and the team were professional, courteous and highly skilled. Having Nick project manage the job made it easy as a customer and he listened to all my requirements in the design process. "Timeless kitchens were engaged to supply and fit the kitchen in our new build apartment in Neston . On completion we were extremely disappointed with the quality of the fit and finish of the kitchen. Some of the issues : no sealant had been used along up-stands and in other areas were water could seep, very poor finish to the worktop and edges, cupboards poorly aligned , chips in the laminate facings of the cabinets, scratch in the rear of the black glass splash back . After two attempts not all the issues were rectified and the worktop was now worse than it had previously been. In a face to face meeting with Timeless we were somewhat surprised by their acceptance of sub-standard workmanship. In order to rectify the outstanding issues we employed an independent joiner to complete the work."
