"Attended here for multiple events, most recently winter wonderland. Great organisation by the team and volunteers - massive respect to each and everyone that helped in the freezing cold dedicated to making the event special for those that attended. My little one loved it, from santas grotto to the funfair he couldn't stop smiling!"
"We have been there for a community based event. I liked the venue and ambiance. Good place for events etc .. We tried to contact them for enrolling my son for cricket, this was a nightmare for us to get hold of them or to receive any responses. Very very poor customer service.."
"Place is massive, visited during Norta. Compared to other places the Garba singers could have been better with the price they are charging for entry. Parking is good how ever when the event fishes coming out of the venue took us 1.5 hours."
"Massive venue for Navratri. Very well organised especially parking. Thanks to all the management and the volunteers. Brilliant job."
"It is with a heavy heart that I am giving this horrible review and rating to this center. I know a lot of my fellow Indian brethren will feel strongly about this, but please take a moment to consider the points that I am going to raise in this review as they are grave. I have been visiting this even every year for last 10 years now and each year its more crowded than before. However this year was a tipping point and the peak of mismanagement and chaos. This event is a disaster waiting to happen, literally. 4,500 people with over 1,500 cars parked here and a single exit. Add the utter inability and or unwillingness of the (unpaid) volunteers managing the parking to come up with a proper exiting system. We were stuck there for two hours just to exit at midnight. Some crazy impatient sorry excuse for a human being crashed into my car trying to cut in line. The main tent was overcrowded with no place for old people to walk to the toilets or the exit. The fire exits opened outside to a wall of dry hale bales. Honestly I am amazed at the genius who thought it was a good idea in terms of fire hazard avoidance. Imagine a fire event where people come of out fire exits only to face large burning walls of hay in-front!!!! Never I am visiting this event again, and would advice the same to anyone who cares for their safety and their families wellbeing. It is a shame really as this used to be a very fine event to be proud of in a foreign country. #navaratri #garba #firehazard #car-accident #life-threatening"
