Reviews
"A nice local theatre. Saw The Merchant of Venice 1936 bringing Shakespeare's play to the troubled streets of the east end facing off Oswald Moseley. An excellent cast including Tracey Ann Oberman."
"A perfect hidden gem in the top of Watford. A beautiful building, wheelchair and pushchair Friendly. The staff were helpful, and the drinks and snacks were very reasonably priced. Unfortunately the coffee machine was not working. Shame they don't sell snacks like popcorn. Plenty of toilets and very clean."
"First time visiting Watford Palace Theatre and I've lived in the area for 25 years. What a wonderful place. We took the kids to see Beauty and the Beast as this years panto. Great fun. The kids loved it although it was a bit long for them to sit through. I'll be looking out for performances during 2023 as we'll definitely be back again."
"Really good theatre! We saw “Beauty and the Beast” - excellent show! Friendly helpful staff, good comfy seats with good leg room (I’m taller than most) and good facilities. My only gripe was the bar was way too slow to deal with the interval rush. Still definitely recommend!"
