Reviews of Teddy’s Playtown Ltd
"Awesome place for kid's birthday celebration. Good snacks and juice as well. Had fun games, soft play and role play and friendly staff that made my daughters birthday party memorable.."
"I brought my one year old here for the first time. The best way I can describe it is the decor looks like Chabuddy G drew the murals on the wall. I felt that everything needed a revamp, the toys looked old and tired and the soft play had seen better days. Lots of corners on tables for kids to run into with the sponge protection ripped off. Upstairs was partly open and the idea of it looks great but there was no food in the supermarket role play (empty shelves) and it just seemed really disorganised. The member of staff seemed nowhere to be seen and just left everyone to their own devices. Really disappointed."
"We went to Teddy’s Playtown for a Halloween party with our kids and friends. We had such a lovely time!!! Different activities and games, lots of Halloween decoration and dancing!!! The girls loved it!!! Fantastic entertainment and we also have food and drinks for the kids. Amazing value for money!!!"
"Visited with my 3 year old daughter and 8 year old son and they both had a blast. Not only was the soft play areas all clean but so were the toilets. The food was great, beautiful set up and the role play upstairs is AMAZING!! HUGE hit with both the kids as it has several different sections! Little gem tucked away. So glad we have something like this local to us. And to top it off, a staff member gathered some children together and did some creative activities. Gave the children some down time whilst I enjoyed my 2nd cup of hot coffee. Soft play, role play, craft activities, amazing coffee and food all under one roof. Beyond impressed and highly recommend visiting to see for yourself."
"I've been quiet a few times unfortunately. It's local and would be lovely if it was clean and had decent customer service but instead both of those things are absolutely, shockingly lacking. I was hoping that they would a least clean the place but everytime I went, it was dirtier than before. Last straw was when the price went up for an upstairs part which is not always open and definitely not suitable for very young toddlers. The girl who took us up to the new room to see was rudely tidying up around the children as they were playing. Putting everything back in place as the children played, she had a very unwelcoming attitude, felt like she was mad for having to be upstairs so we could use the space which we were forced to pay for. Made us feel so bad. Needles to say my friends and I have not gone back and will most definitely tell all local mums not to support this place."
