"Ione of the batteries I purchased is faulty. I've emailed Nemo Homes but have not received a reply. It's been 8 days RESPONSE TO NEMO HOMES: Sorry but your reply is unsatisfactory and illegal. The item is faulty and is covered by the Consumer Right Act. I would like a replacement and have outlined the rights for replacement within the timescales set out in the consumer rights act: "The Consumer Rights Act gives you the legal right to either get a refund for goods that are of unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described, or get it repaired - depending on how long you've owned it: 0 - 30 days you can claim a full refund for goods that are of unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described. 30 days - six months you must give the retailer one opportunity to repair or replace it before you can claim a refund six months or more you must give the retailer one opportunity to repair or replace it before you can claim a partial refund, and the burden of proof is on you to prove the product is faulty"

"I have purchased a number of items from Nemo in the past few months. Deliveries are dispatched promptly and always on a 24-hr turnaround and depending on the post - received quickly! It hasn't all been roses, in one of the items a fault inexplicably arose. After a few msgs were exchanged highlighting the issue (which was a really strange one!) Nemo emailed me a 24-hr returns label and the faulty item was returned. Once received, Nemo checked item and returned to manufacturer....sending me a new replacement out which has just been received. Nemo offers value for money, quick turnaround and customer service is superb. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Nemo."
