"Ladies and gentleman, let me tell you about my experience with this impertinent arrogant owner of this terrible establishment. This guy really does treat his customers with an appalling attitude and has no customer service skills whatsoever. I challenged him regarding his rude way of speaking to the school children, he was worried about them stealing a drink and he said that he would lock them inside his shop and call the police. Really, how petty can you get I told him, over a drink which cost price might be 0.25pence! You would call the police!!!!! Ladies and gentlemen please don't get me wrong here I am not condoning their actions, however is this the way that school children should be treated by this unscrupulous shopkeeper! I definitely think not. What this individual does not realise is that I come from a family who runs a very successful restaurant business for nearly 41years in bayswater and who has a wealth of experience in customer service. Our customers have been the late Peter sellers, Telly Savalas and many more. I strongly recommend that you ask your children not to shop there to spare them the indignity and humiliation by this awful shop owner. Thanks for your kind understanding regarding my concerns for the school children here."
