"Bought a mattress from here, the guy said we could have a big discount but we didn’t realise he was selling us the display mattress until the last moment of paying so after sitting there for half an hour going through stuff we just took the chance and bought it. He assured us the mattress was fine but when we received it the foam on top had big dips in it from people sitting on it in store. We immediately called them to say we wanted to return it but they said we couldn’t return an ex-display mattress. Lesson learned, never buy an ex-display mattress. £700 down the drain. I feel like the salesman was dishonest selling us this and at no point we’re we told that ex-display mattresses were not returnable."

From the time we walked into the store we where greeted by a gentleman called Tommy, his knowledge was excellent and he had excellent customer service . He guided us to choose the correct bed and gave us the expertise we required in choosing the right one, even sorting out our delivery within a few days ."
