"I am a regular here and usually the service is acceptable. However this morning I bought a vape and unfortunately it was faulty and already burned, I did follow the instructions as I have been vaping for a long time and using this brand for a while. I brought the faulty item back but was told no replacement or anything, even made him try the vape and he agreed it was gone. Tough luck, he said and offered me a discount on a new one but that doesn't resolve the issue just costs me more. I won't be going back. Their loss. Apparently it's ok to sell faulty product and no replacement or anything when things go wrong. Sales of goods act 1979 and consumer rights not adhered to. Really disappointed with the seller. Will speak to my local citizens advice bureau to put a complaint in."
