"Should be less than one star but that wasn’t an option. I purchased items with member discount came to a total of £125.20. When I returned home I noticed the Black Friday deal wasn’t applied which was £9.15, when I eventually got a response over the phone they suggested I go through to have the mistake rectified. However, due to the cost of fuel these days I asked if they would reimburse this too which they refused so I’m going to be out of pocket due to their mistake. Poor customer service."
