"We bought a Polperro stripe rug 300 x 250cm in July 2022, so its now 6 months old. I can honestly say it's the worst thing I have ever bought. It looks as though it has been down for years despite there being only two adults at home. It sits underneath a dining table and sofa. Each time a chair moves It stretches or rucks up, it is now looking very worn too, especially where our feet are in front of the sofa. When I saw it was made from recycled plastic bottles I thought it would be tough, not so. I thought I would be helping the environment by buying something that was recycled. But no, I now have to replace it with another rug. At £450 I expected it to last more than 6 months. Would I buy another? most definitely not!"

"Made 450£ payment for a 4 week delivery No communications for 1 month, no emails, no order confirmation, nothing. Chased them on email twice only to receive a vague response that the delivery will be delayed a further 3-4 months. Had to email twice and then call them chase my refund."
