"Apparently The Parcel hasn't been delivered by DPD. Then I got a email message to say its been delivered and signed for by Grange Express lady working there. When I asked her she looked very guilty and said no I never signed for it they never delivered. Then I showed her the email from the DPD stating her signature on delivery. She then looked guilty and said oh yes but they took the parcel back as DPD machine not working properly. I said well it must have been as you signed for the parcel taken in by shop. She panicked and said no the driver took it back. I don't know who has my parcel now. Don't use Grange Express for your parcels they will lose them."
"Lost my DPD Parcel when i went to pick up, they claimed to have been closed when DPD delivered the item but when i spoke to DPD they said for them to take the item it has to be scanned and signed for. I shall not be using these again."
