"My experience with this company has been hit and miss - when it's right it's great, unfortunately when they get it wrong it's appalling. Customer service leaves a lot to be desired and communication is very poor. I've been waiting two weeks for an order that was fully paid for and only partly fulfilled. I've now had to request a refund after my emails have been ignored. It's a shame as I thought I had found a permanent supplier. Hopefully these issues will get fixed soon."

Contacted them, was a bit hard communicating, I hope it’s only because the festive season so it took time for them to get back to me which made me frustrated a little bit. But at the end they sent back the broken bottles so I’m happy. I like the prices here which are better than other websites so I would like to continue to order here, I would say maybe you should be more clear with your delivery partner and make sure they handle your orders kore carefully as they’re all drinks. I know it’s not your fault"

Useless rip off! Company have emailed twice with no response."
