"Worst quality sofa I have ever purchased and no after sales care. Lasted less than 2 years. Would never buy from sofology again. Thank you for taking time to respond, I have already contacted customer services and an engineer has visited and identified the repairs needed. Unfortunately the repairs will not be completed as the warranty is not valid for repair to a broken frame, saggy cushions or zip."
