"The worst experience I have ever experienced when buying furniture, the after sales is horrendous, when submitting a photo, the woman asked me what she was supposed to be looking at, when you could clearly see the hole in the chair, they don't open emails and then tell you they haven't received them. We have given up, it's gone on that long. I've given it one star because I can't post this without doing so."
