"What can I say, if your after saving money then this is the store that will help, always friendly willing to help staff, lots of goods from food to hard ware and there hard ware is great value for money, a must for all to visit well worth the money you spend, thanking you B&M."

"I am shocked with the change. Just a couple of months ago the store was separated between furniture and groceries. Now that they have combined the too. The options of furniture have decreased significantly and the prices have heavily increased. I mean £30 for a toilet seat? A bit absurd. Even the food used to really be a bargain. I assume this is to pay for the new store but the stars are for how nice the staff is and very helpful and the range of options what is there. I am also impressed with the furniture I bought a really nice desk and it was very easy to assemble and was cheap back then."

"The experience of shopping here has deteriorated on recent years terribly. With massive queues to tills there is usually one perhaps two open, staff are busy conversing with each other confusing customers, or bluntly chatting on their phones while scanning products. Not well-stocked, many items missing on shelves whereas in another B&M in Hulme Retail Park shelves are full of goods. The only positive is that prices are great, especially for garden products and occasionally you can get a real bargain."

"The shop itself is great however we had a negative experience as whilst we were trying to check out, the clerk who was halfway through serving decided to stop paying attention to us as they were too busy talking to their colleague about their commute home. It was extremely rude to be honest."
