"Do not bother coming if you want to drop off UPS parcel. Was "served" by a man with a red smartie on his forehead and was turned away immediately. He said they do not take UPS here and I replied saying you have the UPS access point poster on your entrance. He just replied saying it was old and told me go away. Clearly, he was not being honest but not worth wasting my time here."
"Very unprofessional and rude! Response; Its either your confusing me with another client or your just trying to diffuse the reality of your staff having poor customer service and a horrible attitude. I came with a UPS labeled parcel and just wanted to know if I had made the collection deadline. However, I was told the parcel will be collected in January. When I tried to find out why there will be no UPS collection, I was told to drop off the parcel and leave. Very rude staff and a horrible attitude. Thankfully, I found a specialised mail shop not far away with much better service. I will not be coming back again."
"Very poor customer service, rude owner. They dont deserve even one star because they are too lazy to work and care about customers. They should not be on the market for the services they provide and UPS should not make any colaboration with them!! They cant give your parcel in evening but they can in morning, whats the difference?? Only the guy from morning is working?? Too lazy staff and careless. Thank you for your answer, but I wasnt in store in any morning, only in afternoon. Your staff tried to convinced me that my parcel come only yesterday and thats why they coudnt give it to me, even i showed them the tracking information, that the parcel was dropped in 20th nov at 16.50 and was received by mr Patel. As i said last night I ll not leave the things like this and I already contacted mr Scott Davis the CEO of UPS to solve the problem with your store. You cannot play with customers like this. If I was the only one I could understand that is just a mistake, but reading your reviews you can see that this is normal practice of your store/ staff. And this was second time when I had to collect a parcel and I get same treatment from your staff even I showed them the paper left by UPS in my boxmail, this was in 24th october, and collected only in 26th coz nobody wanted to give it to me and just asking me to come in morning. Three days I was in store for a parcel, this time twice. I provided my ID both time. I dont have time to waste. And as I said last night we will see you in two weeks time."
"Exceptionally unprofessional! Received an email at 19:09 that my UPS delivery is ready for pickup. I got to the shop at 19:45 and they said "come back tomorrow". No matter haw many times I asked why they kept saying "come back tomorrow".....unbelievable! Thank you for your prompt response. I confirm, nothing was checked and no ID was requested therefore this take of the event is far from accurate. The only conversation we had was " come back tomorrow"."
