"My Ko noodles? More like my Go Noodles! My favourite noodles have disappeared! They were a ray of sunshine in a dark dark world. My girlfriend said she noticed my sadness fade away when I set the pot to boil and ripped open that tasty packet. Also- the staff are on holiday! ridicukulkus! Ofter find myself waiting up to 10 minutes for a member of staff to serve me my noodles and blueberry disposable E-cig. I understand that they need to stack shelves but where I am from, customers are the main priority because what is the point in replenishing stock, if the customers can't even buy them!! 2 stars!!!"
"Wrong prices. Found out on the till that I was paying the items more than what the price is exposed on the shelves and when you let the cashier know he seems bothered and he turns rude to you."
"A great shop and even better staff! I often go into the coop at Ancoats when out and about in the city centre. Every time I’ve been in, I’ve been greeted with well-stocked shelves and helpful staff who have no problem helping find products, moving any queues through quickly and, during the lockdown situations, controlling customer numbers and enforcing social distancing rules without fault. I also think the modern look to the store and sleek concrete floors make the shopping experience that little bit better - even applying the same industrial décor to my flat after liking it so much. All-in-all, a great shop with everything you could need for a city centre store! Edit** Stores still great, would shop again"
"It's really not a good store. The stock levels are really poor, and I often find myself leaving with less than two thirds of what I was after because the shelves are empty. Even if you find what you're after, the likelihood is that a staff member has abandoned a stock trolly in front it. Apart from one lady who works there, I don't think I've had a positive interaction with any of the staff. It's a shame, I worked for Co-Op for a number of years and I know how much they push friendly, community focused stores, but it fails miserably here. They don't even achieve the basics of having a couple of local products on offer, as what they do have is barely ever in stock. I've seen a Shindigger beer in once in a year. I was excited when I saw that we were getting a Co-Op in the area eighteen or so months ago, but, now that it's a reality, the excitement was misplaced. It's a really poor example of what are usually good stores."
"Great store. The staff are really friendly and helpful. Loving the discounts, and the way the are enforcing social distancing is really good. Would be nice if you got some cheese sandwiches in, I love 'em! P.S The blonde girl with the glasses who works there is really fit!"
