"As I can't give less than 1 star, it has to be one. Don't ever choose this store for collect+ delivery. They refused to receive my parcel twice. The first time I went there to collect i've been told that they never seen my parcel and I should look for it somewhere else. This is NOT true. Avoid it at all costs!"

"NOT ALWAYS RELIABLE! JUST PAY EXTRA FOR POSTAGE TO OWN ADDRESS. DON'T CHOOSE PRITEJ WINES FOR COLLECT+ DELIVERY. I ordered a much needed parcel for my trip to Paris on Thursday. Delivery estimated by Monday of the same week. When I tracked it, the store named Pritej Wines in N17 refused it three times! No one tried to contact me from collet plus to update me what was happening so an arrangement can be done for rerouting it to me. The driver attempted 3 x and was refused all those times because the store Pritej wines didn't have enough space to store my parcel because it had other uncollected parcels which isn't my problem. I looked at the FAQs in collect+ and it stated that sometimes they deliver to another store which I would've appreciated but they didn't! So my parcel was marked to be returned to sender and back to the Very warehouse and neither collect+ nor Very could override the system to make the items come back to me in time. Really disappointed. I have used collect+ before but this is the worst that have happened and caused me problems and having to solve it myself by speaking to a Very agent for almost an hour to help me reorder some (but not all because 1 of the items is now out of stock even if there's one for me on the way back to the warehouse). However, items will not get to me before Thursday anyway but the Very agent will redeliver to my own address free of charge. All the hassle it created just because the store Pritej wines refused it 3x and the driver didn't think of sending it to a nearby store or contacting me despite having my contact details. Therefore, the items I ordered won't get to me before my trip to Paris and one of them is now out of stock which cannot be resent to me when it gets back to warehouse. I have to reorder it again when it goes back on stock if I order before anyone else! How frustrating! Service managers need to do something about this ineffective process."
