"A very rude girl with black hair, has a massive attitude problem! She didn't even acknowledge me or the old man in the shop and continued to talk on the phone. I said hi to her and was ignored, brushed past me sighing and continuing to walk around around shop anyways, I asked for a pay zone card and kindly asked what to do next in which she responded "Put in the meter". She was so sarcastic, rude, blunt, dismissive and aggressive! I'll never give my money to a shop like this rather go to the local shops across the road that have been around for years! The customers are the people keeping your shop running and paying your wages have some respect and a smile wouldn't go a miss! This place is far from friendly!"
