"DO NOT COLLECT YOUR LOTTERY WINNINGS HERE. I checked my ticket online, which was part of a Christmas present, and saw I’d won £5 and a free lucky dip. I went to this store to collect. The guy behind the till turned the screen round before checking my ticket - the machine made a noise which clearly indicated I’d won something. He kept asking me how much I’d won and I told him numerous times the amount. He asked me which day (I assumed for the original ticket) and said Saturday. He handed me a lucky dip and then said that’s it - saying it was either the money OR the lucky dip which isn’t correct. £5 isn’t much but they clearly keep the winnings and likely do this to a lot of people who don’t check online."

"There are a few members of staff, 2 that I have encountered are friendly enough, but the person who is usually serving is extremely rude and has 0 customer service skills. Usually he just barely acknowledges your existence, even if you try to be friendly and cheery, but this doesn't bother me all that much. Today though he refused to accept my yodel parcels for a seemingly arbitrary reason. When I tried to get an explanation of why (politely, just so I could understand) he raised his voice and rolled his eyes at me. He agreed to accept one of my four parcels, and as I went to attach the label to the parcel (which took about 5 seconds) told me to move as I was holding up other customers (bearing in mind I had patiently waited about 5 minutes while he served the customers in front of me). Unnecessarily rude."

"No Randox lateral flows available despite it saying in stock on the website. The guy behind the counter couldn't have cared less and wasn't able to advise on what to do to resolve the situation (beyond waiting a few days for the order to potentially come in but that is useless for a test you need the same day). Avoid."

"Dreadful service, I walked there in nearly 30 degree heat 8.5 months pregnant and they refused to take my Collect Plus parcel for no good reason. The shop were rude and unhelpful. I contacted collect plus who confirmed they should have taken it. Instead I had to lug the parcel back home. Avoid."

"No stars if it was possible. I don’t know how earth they have obtained a collection plus partnership because they are crooks and thieves. I had an expensive package delivered to this business through “Collection plus” I was told it was delivered and shown proof of the package delivery, however, they had no idea where it was. Yodel was adamant it was in the shop. They stole my package and claimed it was never delivered. Absolute crooks"
