"This was the worst place I have ever been to. I went here to buy vaping pens and this was advertised as 2 for £10 however when I left the store I saw a charge of £15 on my card. So I went back and asked them why and they said that the price is £8.99 each. Baring in mind that before paying I had asked them to make sure that it was 2 for £10. The lady who served me refused to give me the money back or an extra vapping pen. Very poor customer service and also had the nerve to tell me that I can complain once I was exiting the store. How dare you speak to a customer like this."

"Staff are so so rude. Everything is stupidly overpriced. Packet of biscuits labelled £1.65 and they charge £2.99!! While they’re pricing up they chat in their own language, pointing at different items you’ve got and it makes you feel like they’re ripping you off! My mum kindly asked for a receipt and got hurls of abuse, the man raised his voice at my mum while there were other shoppers in the store too. Definitely AVOID going here."
