"Horrible customer service! As I have used it because of yodel delivery service there , the person behind the till physically advised me that for him is better not to use his off licence as it won’t worth as his only profit is about 30 to 40p per parcel if that! Always visually not happy when he sees yodel parcel as! I would not recommend this off licence at all! Thanks god in shenley Rd there are plenty of the shops like that with much more pleasant member of staff"
